I'm currently developing some new workshops, with support from the Carer lead with LPFT, as therapeutic creative workshops to improve mental health, and for respite for carers.
I'm not a qualified Arts Therapist, so they are not arts therapy, and are not a substitute for Arts Therapy or counselling for people with severe mental health conditions.
